Dates will be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis, so, if we have a reservation made for the same time, it will go to the first reservation made. We will notify you by e-mail to confirm your reservation dates. $100 required for reservation which will be used for cleaning and maintenance. This fee is not a deposit and will not be refunded or applied toward rent. You will be billed when you arrive at the store to pick up your key.
